Excellent and friendly care.

If my marks are over the top, it is because Jennifer, of all my medical providers, wants to know what is happening with ALL of my health. I appreciate that very much. When I saw her Monday, I had been suffering increasing back pain as a result of lifting something very heavy several weeks ago. She gave me a script for X-rays and sent me across the street. Depending on the results, I will possibly see my orthopedic doctor, and I will definitely go in for some PT. But, the point is, she got me past the first step towards diagnosis and treatment, saving me time and effort--and it is not even in her area of medicine. I am very confident in my care at Cooper!

Along with the care givers the entire new facility is totally amazing. Huge. But still accommodating to everyone. I was very appreciative that several doctors/staff were able to see me at the same appointment. Thanks to ALL!

The PA and provider were exceptional. I really appreciate that the PA called to inform me of a possible longer than normal wait time due to equipment problems. She even gave me the option of rescheduling. The person that registered me was more mechanical however I did hear the other two registrars introduce themselves by names and telling their patients that they you be registering them. So I realize this one experience is not normal for you

All went well

I have had a number of health problems and issues over the last seventeen years including multiple cancers. I meet with Jennifer Chapokas every October for her to see how things are going for me and to arrange anything that needs to be checked. I believe that Jennifer reports the progress of all of us to Dr. Grana who oversees all of us. She has a wonderful personality and deals patiently with all of us and listens well.

From the moment I walked in the building I was greeted with a friendly smile. Every interaction I had with the staff, including check in, check out, nursing assistant and Jennifer was Excellent!! The best! Everyone was knowledgeable about their jobs and performed them well!! Jennifer was especially kind, caring and very patiently answered all my questions! I told her I was leaving there feeling good thanks to my interaction with her esp!

Dr Jen is a great doctor. I feel comfortable with her and can ask her any questions. My only complaint is Voorhees parking lot. Sometimes you have to sit there and wait for someone to open up a spot. It was much harder when I was getting chemo. Thanks for listening.

Jen is always very thorough and caring. At the time of this appointment, which was a scheduled annual follow-up, I was experiencing trouble getting an appointment with a gynecologist at the Rita center for an urgent matter. Jen reached out to the gyn/oncology department on my behalf and I was able to be seen and my necessary procedure scheduled. She cared for my health over and above the reason for my appointment with her.
