I just want to say I could not be any more grateful for meeting and having Jen as my gastrologist. I just honestly, I have been through so many bad doctors that she is a breath of fresh air. She is accurate. She is quick. She gets you in. She cares about you like and she's very brilliant. I'm just crazy about her and I couldn't be more grateful for her expertise in my life. Thanks, Jen. It was an unusually busy day because at least one person was out sick/off that day. And even with that the staff was handling it very well! There was no lack of courtesy or professionalism and I was very satisfied with the level of care I was given.

Jen was very thorough in her explanation of my diagnosis, she took all of our quetions and answered them professionally and used verbage that I would understand. I left out of the office that day with a new sense of confidence and relief!

I had a very positive experience overall. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. My wait time in the waiting room was no more than 15 minutes, and once I was brought back, I only waited about 10 minutes before being seen. That kind of efficiency really stood out to me. The facility itself was very clean, quiet, and clearly well-managed. Everyone I encountered was friendly, respectful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I especially want to mention the PA who reviewed my MRI results with me. This is the third time I've met her, and I truly appreciate how clearly and thoroughly she explains everything. She made it very clear that the procedure is necessary and also took the time to explain how complex it is. She walked me through what to expect, including about 3-4 days in the hospital to monitor everything, followed by 3-4 weeks at home taking it easy with no heavy lifting or strenuous activity. What meant a lot to me is that she encouraged me to reach out with any questions and gave me her card, which made me feel very supported. Overall, I felt very well taken care of, and I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and communication from everyone involved. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation feel comfortable and manageable.

Very helpful in understanding

Dr. Jenner Flannery is a personable care provider whom I place a lot of trust in guiding me through a medical issue I have. She is particularly timely in responding to any text questions I may have. She was also thorough in developing a diagnosis and in explaining a prognosis. To me, she represents a standard of medical care not routinely achieved by other medical providers. I intend to continue seeking her care.

From the time you walk in until you leave everyone is so kind and gives their full attention. I even commented this to the woman that checked me out. I've seen a few doctors at this location and have always had a very pleasant visit.

Yes, hi, Dr. Flannery is amazing. I love her. She explained everything so detailed. She was so caring. I absolutely love her and everybody in that office is amazing. It does take a little long to get an appointment, but it's understandable. You know, it's not terrible, but I, yeah, it does take a little long. But everything from making the appointment to going to the appointment, everything is perfect. Beautiful. I love going to Dr. Flannery. Thank you.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and had a very brief wait. My visit started with the Medical Asst who was very professional.
