Dr. Hernandez was very thorough and patient and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She made me feel very comfortable and she's just the greatest.

Everybody behind the counter in the office was respectful, honest, thoughtful, considerate, and I'm 53 years in customer service and retail furniture. I'd hire any one of them in a minute if I was a service manager right now on between jobs. Dr. Hernandez was excellent, good communicator. She listened, and that's the first lesson I teach my people when I train them. God gave you two years for a reason. It's really hard to understand the format of this question asking, though. There's too much of a gap of time between this and push that. Just letting you know, yeah, that auto menu voice asking questions, it was pretty rough. It's hard to understand it. But the people are great there. That's about it, I guess. That's it a minute. I hope they tell me how to send a positive survey back. What button do I push?

Dr. Jessa took her time to listen to my concerns. She was patient and kind. My other provider is leaving practice, so I am lucky to be able to stay with them. This a hospital stay follow-up.

Jessa and the MA I'd hate to butcher her name but it starts with a Y were really good to us. The doctor addressed my son as a person and not just us as his parents which allowed him to better engage with her and have a better overall feeling toward the appointment. The MA did a great job with the shots and rooming process and made my son super comfortable. The experience as a whole was pleasant. I'd also like to acknowledge the front desk as they also added the final touches. After my son received his shots they greeted him with so much love and kindness!! She offered him a hug and all I thought that was really personable. Great work! !

Doctor Hernandez is amazing.She's very compassionate and she takes the time to listen to everything you have to say. She's giving me referrals, and I'm excited to explore the options with Perhaps a pain management doctor vs ortho. She understands all of my concerns about surgery and physical therapy. And suggested this so that perhaps I can get injections. I'm very happy for her to go on maternity leave.But she will be missed and I can only pray that she comes back! There is no job like being a mother but I know that her commitment to being a doctor is very strong as well.

The best experience I have ever had as a new patient. The office staff was super-accommodating, informative and respectful. Dr. Hernandez is a breath of fresh air who was a pleasure. I felt totally comfortable and respected, as well as heard by Dr. Hernandez when conveying my concerns. She treated me with the kind of care I've not had by any doctor since my early teens! I will definitely schedule to see Dr, Hernandez again.

Dr. Hernandez is amazing. She's courteous, she's knowledgeable, and she really tries to understand your needs. Not only that, she looks at you as an individual and gives you the time you need and the help you need to feel better and to live better. I love Dr. Hernandez.
