Jess is great. I have also noticed a shift with the receptionists- they seem to be so much better and have such a better attitude than in the past. My mom stopped going to this office simply because of the way she was treated by the receptionistst and client care staff. There seems to be an improvement in this area. The ladies who checked me in and out were great!

The medical assistant ( Not sure of title), who weighed me and asked me questions before seeing my provider was so kind, open, great listener, understanding. I don't recall her name but she's a young woman who works at the north cape may primary office. I wanted to shout her out because she made me feel so comfortable, she was so down to earth. I can feel really uncomfortable at doctor's offices and it can be hard to open up, but she was so personable and I hope she gets recognition for her warm disposition and positive patient interactions!

I appreciate the personal care and professionalism that Jess provides. She is thorough, listens well, and asks good questions to get a better understanding. Just provides practical advice and suggestions for improving one's health. Unfortunately, Jess is so good, It's difficult, but not impossible, to get an appointment with her, unless it is scheduled months in advance.

I have been a patient of Jessica Hobers for several years. She is always professional and always listens; which is rare in the medical field. Often times, women especially are not taken seriously; their complaints are usually blamed on stress or work or kids. I have never felt as though I am not being listened to. Ms. Hober is an asset to your office and she cares deeply about her patients.
