Appointments are too quick to really develop a trusting relationship because our country's healthcare model and funding is dismal, but providers and team members do their absolute best within the allotted 15 minutes. (It's just not enough time to develop trust, which does take time.)

This was a new patient visit and I was very happy with how everyone treated me. I was changing Primary care Physicians because my old doctor was to far since I moved and the last visit they did not me feel like I was being listened to. With Dr Richmond and the staff at their office, I felt they were listening to me and not talking at me or down to me. Very good first experience.

Loved my 1st visit with my provider! Did not feel rushed at all. I was listened to. My provider called me the day before to introduce herself and ask a few questions, Amazing!!!! The office is extremely outdated and smells. Moved from a window seat because the air came in do to the fact that the windows are really old and dirty.

I will give a 9 in a scale of 1 to 10 to my provider and her team for service and professionalism. On that same scale I will give a 5 or less to the Lab Service at 3 Cooper especially for the lack of warmth and courtesy of the front desk registrar person, not friendly or welcoming ( tone of voice, manners, distracted, did not give the impression she liked what she was doing and it came across)

Dr. Richmond is absolutely excellent. She is on time. She is clear. She goes over my medical information with me. She cares about me emotionally and mentally. She asks me questions about my exercise, am I taking my medication, how am I feeling overall. She is an excellent doctor and she has a wonderful, wonderful asset to Cooper University Hospital. I hope you get more people like her because she is absolutely wonderful and she is young and she is really a good representative of what a future doctor should be. So I would tell you that she is amazing. Thank you very much.

Dr. Richmond was very professional and respectful of my time. Not only did she personally contact me the day before to confirm my appointment, but she saw me right at my appointment time, she did a thorough check up and I was finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend her to others.

I was impressed with the entire visit.

I don't think getting a mammogram is a great experience due to the pinching but it is necessary. The woman who did mine today made it so easy. I never really remember what I'm supposed to do or what the poses are since I don't really think much about mammograms between getting one. I've felt like people doing them get irritated when I don't know exactly what to do or don't provide clear instructions. The woman who did mine today was so efficient, very clear with her instructions, and wasn't awkward to just move my breast where it needed to go so we could get out of there quickly. I also learned that greater compression leads to less radiation exposure. I knew it led to a better image but it was cool to learn that. I hope they come up with a better way to screen for breast cancer, but until they do, I am happy someone as professional as this is doing them.

My provider and the front office staff are very welcoming to my sister and me. I like the office very much!

Hello, the day of my appointment, I ended another appointment early. So I got there like, 3 hours early to see if they could send me an earlier on the front desk is really great about fitting me in when I came in, which was awesome. Additionally, Dr Richmond, I absolutely love her. She always takes the time out to listen. If I have any problems, questions, concerns, she's always willing to give feedback. We have such a great report to the point of, you know, I feel comfortable with telling her stuff personally that's going on that affecting my health and she doesn't just hop straight to medicine. She tries to give me other modalities prior before suggesting any type of medical prescription intervention, which I really appreciate it. So, Dr Richmond, you all are really, really lucky to have her.
