My Provider was timely and very knowledgeable about my situation. She responded to my questions and concerns during my visit and staff were very courteous. I would recommend her to my friends and family without reservation.

I felt comfortable and not rushed at all.

I have gone through four doctors before I use Dr. Richman and she is the best doctor I have ever found. She knows how to relate to me. She explains things so I understand. She allows me to ask questions if she explained something and I didn't pick it up and she will re-explain it so that I do understand. I would not change doctors now that I found her and have recommended her already to three of my friends. I don't know if they will ever go there or not, but I did recommend her and if they have problems with their other primary care physicians, I'm sure they'll give her a try. Thank you for ?

Dr. Jessica Richmond was a good listener. She phoned me prior to the appointment to clarify my goals. She didn't rush me. At the appointment, Dr. Richmond surveyed me for any immediate concerns. She took time to review my history and labs in the My Cooper portal BEFORE the appointment. She gave me her opinion about my current labs and studies. She informed me of her clinic professional commitments, her availability to private practice, and how same day sick concerns are managed. She clearly told me her opinion about issues as they came up. My husband spoke of his concern. It was a good visit for us. We felt respected and grateful.

Very professional nit much more to say first visit

Appointments are too quick to really develop a trusting relationship because our country's healthcare model and funding is dismal, but providers and team members do their absolute best within the allotted 15 minutes. (It's just not enough time to develop trust, which does take time.)
