I appreciate how much time the doctor and nurse spent with me and listened. I've been searching for someone with the knowledge base hat Dr Amui has. The front desk could use some help. They were a bit rude and one woman was cursing about the person on the phone she was dealing with in front of the waiting room. I'm not sure why my records weren't pulled over either when I called twice prior to my appointment and was told they would be.

It's very warm and friendly.

From the front desk, to the nurse taking vitals, to Dr. Jewel, the visit was professional and efficient.

While all the above should be common practice in medicine, it is not. Often times my doctor visits are rushed and I feel like I'm on an assembly line that nobody cares about.
