The provider was great but the front desk scheduled me for the wrong type of appointment so now I have to come back.

This was my first visit with Jinhee Bratu and I found her to be very professional and very thorough and personable. She asked permission to record the session which was very nice even though I had already agreed to it. She asked probing questions in order to get a better understanding of me and my problems.

The doctor was very, very thorough, asked me a lot of good questions, helped me along with answers when I didn't have good answers. And overall, I was pretty satisfied. I think she got her diagnoses mixed up, but that's okay. I have a certain kind of hypertension, but it's the opposite of what she had said. But other than that, I was quite satisfied.

She provided the most thorough exam we have ever received. She went out of her way to contact us the next day to share additional information. I would highly recommend her ! !
