She was extremely knowledgeable and very approachable. I felt she was invested in my well-being. I left my bluetooth earbuds at the office . I would like to get them back if possible.

This was the second time seeing this provider. She is a very attentive listener and she gives good advice and ideas for treating this illness.

It was a great visit. And I love the Moorestown Campus with its wall videos of familiar places and beauty.

The whole visit was great

The providers were all exemplary. The setting itself is lovely with wall sized panels of videos of locations such as Cherry Hill Haddonfield Haddon Heights Collingswood.

My visit was very good, she took the time to ask questions regarding my 1st time with Vertigo. Gave me advise regarding things I should be doing (drinking more water) among others. Felt good after leaving my visit.

So I just wanted to say that the doctor, Jinhee Jang, was really good. It was definitely nice meeting her. I usually try to see the same doctor, but this was the first time I was going there for neurology. But she was very informational. The breakdown that she gave me of everything was definitely informational. So yeah, I definitely want to see her again while I'm going through this problem.

Doctor was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better physician to help me. She made me feel comfortable and heard and I can't say enough good things about her. She was wonderful. This was great and I look forward to actually seeing her again. She just can't say enough good things about her. Thank you.

Although the provider was running late, she did not rush the appointment and thoroughly answered all of my questions. She was concerned about my health concern and explained all of the therapeutic options available. I highly recommend Jinhee.

Very beautiful and new facility! Everyone was nice and pleasant. My nurse practitioner was thorough, kind and informative!

Dr. Bratu was such a breath of fresh air It's been a while that I've seen a doctor and they spent a lot of time and really examined me. We talked at length about my concerns and I genuinely felt heard, seen, and supported.

The provider took her time and it's been a long time since I have had anyone take their time.

The doctor nurse check in staff check out staff and the guy asking about the My Cooper app we're all super sweet nice and patient with me. I really appreciate how helpful they all were. 10/10

I've really appreciate the time that she took with me, her knowledge, her support, and ability to hear me even though the words did not come easily to me

The provider was excellent and was extremely thorough in trying to understand my situation after dealing with some health concerns. She spent a lot of time asking me questions and asking for clarification and talking about some of the things that I was concerned with and then setting up some follow-up tests and other things with me that made sense for what I was going through during the appointment that led me to that appointment. So I would highly recommend the provider and we'll be back there for future appointments and look forward to being there again as a patient.
