Each and every time I have an appointment, I am treated with up most respect. Most of the time when I walk up to counter they know who I am and don't have 2 go through the routine like one would if it was my 1st time. This saves time 4 everyone.

Upon entering the building, I was treated with a warm welcome. Entire staff, including the front desk, medical assistant, doctor and check out was courteous and professional.

My transportation was an hour late. The front staff was very concerned about my comfort while I waited.

I was treated well and the doctor went beyond the care I expected and sent me for an X-ray. She wanted to make sure my toe wasn't broken. After receiving results her student came out and gave me the results and told me auto do to help alleviate the pain.

every Cooper provider I have are excellent. I won't go to any other hospital. They care about you. Send messages on my chart. They get right back to you. They're compassionate. They all have a great bedside manner. I have the best team ever. I will never stop going to Cooper.

Hello, good afternoon. Everything was very good. The doctor was an excellent person. The staff was equally attentive, nothing to complain about, everything was very good. The only thing that would be nice, in my opinion, would be to have a bilingual staff member. That's the only thing. In fact, they do have a screen for translation, but my opinion would be that someone present there be bilingual. Other than that, everything was very good, hospital quality. Thank you.

The tech told me my fungal test was negative, which was helpful because on the portal it said a sample was not taken.

I originally scheduled an appointment on [Date] When I went online to do early check in, I couldn't find my appointment. I called "scheduling" and they said the only thing they could do was to schedule another appointment which was 3 months later. The scheduler at the office I was seen encouraged me to email Dr. Jerrido on "mycooper." Dr. Jerrido offered me an appointment on the same day I was originally scheduled for and at the same time. I was very thankful Dr. Jerrido was able to accommodate my healthcare needs. Not sure what happened to my appointment but I hope it doesn't happen again.

It has been a scary and stressful time for me since being diagnosed with diabetes. But everyone that I have seen through Cooper has made everything a little less scary. I would not feel comfortable going to a doctor outside of the cooper family. Dr. Jerrido was so caring and explained all of my options in a way where I felt comfortable making a decision.

This was a NEW patient visit in Podiatry and our first time in the Cherry Hill office. From the moment be walked through the front door to the moment we exited, EVERYONE was friendly, caring, and professional. We had an excellent experience with EVERYONE we encountered.

The provider was very well, but there was just a woman I know that stood out when I first came in. She was very hard to understand, the medical assistant at the front door. She's very inconsiderate, and she was like talking over you, and you just came in and tell her your name and your information. There was one there I know that stood out with me. It's one, she sits at the front desk. I don't want to get all in trouble, but there's one that sits at the front desk that's very, very unpolite. Have a best day. Stay well.

I had not seen Dr. Jerrido in several years, but she remembered me. She made sure to ask how I was doing before beginning our session. I was impressed and pleased by her acknowledgement of me as a former patient. I didn't really think it matter all that much, but as I got into my car to leave, that exchange turned out to be pretty important.
