I really cannot pick out a Dr. or Nurse because I feel like Im surrounded by a whole team of people who ACTUALLY LIKE THEIR JOBS..And they like eachother..( which is rare in the workplace) I've come from a hospital (Beth Isreal, Newark nj) Where they smiled through their incompetence.. Cooper is a breath of fresh air...At Beth Isreal the workers didn't even go there for their health care... Cooper is saving my life partner. from Cancer..I am grateful to the staff, from emergency to discharge!

My transportation was an hour late. The front staff was very concerned about my comfort while I waited.

I was treated well and the doctor went beyond the care I expected and sent me for an X-ray. She wanted to make sure my toe wasn't broken. After receiving results her student came out and gave me the results and told me auto do to help alleviate the pain.

every Cooper provider I have are excellent. I won't go to any other hospital. They care about you. Send messages on my chart. They get right back to you. They're compassionate. They all have a great bedside manner. I have the best team ever. I will never stop going to Cooper.

Hello, good afternoon. Everything was very good. The doctor was an excellent person. The staff was equally attentive, nothing to complain about, everything was very good. The only thing that would be nice, in my opinion, would be to have a bilingual staff member. That's the only thing. In fact, they do have a screen for translation, but my opinion would be that someone present there be bilingual. Other than that, everything was very good, hospital quality. Thank you.

First time visit. Everyone was pleasant

Everyone was super friendly and super nice... from the check-in desk all the way through... I want to specially give kudos to the attending doctor before doctor Jerrido came in he was so EXCELLENT and thorough in his explanations to me; the attending nurse that took care of my vitals Excellent as well and very caring. This was my first visit and I was very impressed a little nervous before I came but very relaxed when I left. Thank you so much for this visit and for the help that I needed to find out what was going on.

We had a great appointment and I love the doctor. However, the location was extremely hard to find. The directions took us into where the cancer center is, but there's no signs saying that there's more buildings behind it. So you should update that. That's all I have. Thank you.
