Dr. Bauer was so personable: I liked him immediately. He addressed my concerns & answered all my questions. He was patient & I felt his kindness from the moment I saw him in the lobby speaking with another patient. I feel very confident with him as my surgeon.

We got lost and I was a half hour late for my appointment. Dr Bauer still very graciously allowed me to keep my appointment! He was courteous and kind and focused. He made me feel comfortable with his expertise and knowledgewith my upcoming operation and he waswilling to answer all questions.

This has been a wonderful experience so far. Everyone has worked together to help things move along seamlessly . The highly knowledgeable doctors have made us feel we have chosen the best possible facility to help us deal with my cancer diagnosis.

I saw Dr. Jones at the residence clinic the other day, and I think that she was very nice. She was very personable. She was very helpful. She explained everything to me. She was really interested in hearing what I had to say. So I would definitely recommend her to other people, and hopefully I'll see her in the future.

Dr. Bauer was very professional and explained everything about my issue and it's resolution very thoroughly in a way I could understand. He has a special personality that truly touched me in a way that was incredibly positive and encouraging. He made me know that I'm in very good hands and that he is going to take good care of me. I felt so good about my meeting him. My mother who was with me felt the exact same about Dr Bauer as I do. He is wonderful and I'm so grateful I found him.

I truly appreciated the professional expertise as well as the compassion that Dr. Bauer provided me. It was a very difficult and challenging discussion of a double mastectomy, but I left feeling I was getting the best care possible.

The doctor and his medical assistant were fantastic. They both made me feel comfortable in what is an otherwise uncomfortable situation. I was extremely happy with the doctor and the level of his knowledge and expertise. He explained things fully so that I understood all aspects of the procedure and follow-up care and expectations.

Took the time to explain procedure in detail. Discussed risk, rewards and outcomes. Answered questions with patience.

As this is likely the last time I will meet with Dr Bauer, I just want to say how appreciative I am of his care and expertise. It has not been an easy year for me, but it has been made easier by the doctors and nurses and staff who have been involved with me all along the way. Dr Bauer has been kind, forthright, never condescending or paternalistic, able to reassure me when needed, educate me, and be clear about his knowledge, expertise and authority in his field. I have the greatest respect for him and how he works and how he communicates and responds.

I want to thank the entire Cooper Trauma ER team. They were kind, friendly and compassionate in the care they provided to my daughter. To say that they are all exceptional does not do them justice. One can only imagine what the team must see and experience so to be able to make the patient and their family feel like you are the only patient they are attending to is a skill. We were lucky that day that our daughter's injuries were minor but the treatment provided was first class. May the angels watch over you all as you all have a special gift that you share with all your patients by working in the specialty that you do.
