Dr.Robertson takes the time and listens. He is Observant and extremely knowledgeable. I have excruciating back pain and am limited on what I can take to help. I have been to multiple orthopedics multiple doctors and multiple physical therapist. Only one other physical therapist understood how much pain I was actually in and he looked at my x-ray and he could tell right away on my first visit. He thinks of every possible help for me and I really appreciate that. I cannot possibly say more good words about this man and the staff. I really appreciate them and I am glad that luck gave me a slot in a cancelation.

The only thing I would suggest, and it's not to do with them or the staff, is sometimes it's difficult to get an appointment, but if you're prescheduled and everything's great, it's very smooth. But sometimes it can be extremely difficult to get an appointment quickly.

Please don't skip this survey because they got full marks. Dr. Robertson is a sincere person. He has always addressed me as an individual. He is familiar with my personal health and respects my opinions. He is honest and clear about his views regarding my health and well being, contributing towards my trust in him. The Cooper Family Medical Staff and Dr. Robertson at the Cherry Hill office on 1050 Kings Highway, are always courteous and a professional group. The atmosphere is always pleasant there. And the Labcorp / Bloodwork availability at the 1050 Kings Highway office is very convenient. As well as the conscience personnel, that draws blood, very pleasant and professionally done .

Everyone is always very professional and courteous. I was able to be seen by the doctor, get a vaccine, and get blood work all in the same location and the one time. The entire experience was sensitive of my time and schedule.

Since moving back to New Jersey I've only see one primary physician, and that's Dr Robertson. He's simply the best I've had in my adult life and I recommend whenever anyone is looking for a primary. I sent my Mom to him after her near death a couple years back. She was always paranoid about doctors and hospitals to the point she neglected her health to the point of nearly dying. Even she approves of his care and how he treats her. I pray he continues to practice for many years to come.

The doctor had recommended me to get some physical therapy and they were patient enough to wait until I got home to call them back with the facility that I have used in the past. I never heard anything in a reasonable time so I called again and the folks were so very well spoken about what was going on and were excellent in getting a hold of the company and sent another referral from the doctor and were kind enough to call me back to let me know they had done that. So I appreciate that very much. That was the staff that was working today on the 14th in the office.

Dr Robertson is very easy to talk to. He talks to you, doesn't talk down to you, or in a way that would be to hard to understand. He gave me copies of exercise my back and feet to help me work on them.

The office needed to squeeze me in, do to the seriousness of my situation.

Other than the nurse measuring my height wrong it was and always is a pleasure to visit Dr. Robertson. It was kind of amusing that while I lost 70 lbs. my BMI went up due to the faulty height measurement.
