Dr Pomey was Amazing!! !...Excellent Doctor!! !

I found the doctor to be approachable, he listened. he did offer alternatives, but my care is already straight, so I don't need to change any of them of my medication's. I needed to have the allergy that I was suffering from a dress. That was it. I wasn't there to change all my medication or to try something new. I just wanted what works. So far I am beginning to feel better. I have a lot of allergies and some doctors just don't get person with 24 allergies that's it.

Dr Pomeroy is an EXCELLENT and very knowledgeable doctor. He has great bedside manner, he's patient and kind. When Dr Beggs left I was concerned because she's very thorough and I have been with her for years, but I have to admit I am very happy with my replacement.

Was somewhat nervous meeting with a new primary care physician after 30 plus years, but Dr. Pomeroy put me at ease almost immediately, and was extremely easy to talk to. The entire appointment from the minute I arrived until the minute I walked out the door was handled professionally by Cooper.

Dr. Pomoroy took the time to explain and advise me on options

The office was clean and staff was friendly. My 5-year-old son had to come with me and he was also treated with warmth. Dr. Pomeroy is thorough and present - I felt that all of my concerns were listened to and considered (women's health, too which you'd hope for but hasn't always been my experience). The man at the check out desk was the most helpful check out person I've ever met, as he guided me through the paperwork of the many tests I have to schedule.

My issue isn't with the doctors and staff at the office they are fantastic people and I've really enjoyed being their patient. My issue is how Cooper is running these offices and that there is a clear change and that change is not a good change The vibe in there is stressful where it used to be relaxed and I just get the feeling that you all are not treating these professionals with the courtesy professionalism etc that they deserve. These are good doctors and technicians and I would really hate to move to a different practice because Cooper is not managing their teams in a respectful way

I was greatfull that they took me on the same day due to my sore throat issues , Dr Jon Pomeroy was wonderful .

I came to see Dr. Pomeroy after having found out some very distressing news. I needed to follow up with someone from my pcp office and when I called this was the first available appointment. I am new to the office and have only seen one other provider there whom I also liked but I was nervous to meet someone new at such a stressful time. I was told he was running behind but being in healthcare myself I totally understand and actually appreciate that he spends more than 20-30 minutes with patients because sometimes it is just needed. In my case it was needed as he got to know me and the big picture of my recent health concerns. Dr. Pomeroy was friendly and thorough. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and did not make me feel silly for having them. I am happy I ended up getting a visit with him and again truly appreciated all of the extra time he spent with me during my visit even though I was his last patient of the day.

this is the first time I'm seeing this provider and I'm very happy with how well he explained everything. He showed a genuine interest in my well-being and made excellent suggestions for changing my medicines. I'm very grateful for the for the care and friendly desk that I'm blessed to experience with this office providers and staff
