The provider was very, very nice, very professional, explained everything. The only problem I had, which was not with her at all, was that I'm having issues with food getting stuck in my throat and not all the time, but sometimes and it's hard to get down. And I couldn't get a test until August, which I think is kind of a long time for a problem like that. But that was it. Everything else, I just really liked her. And I was really upset when I couldn't have Dr. Deitch because I've been with him for like 30 years, but she really did well and I was very happy. I trusted her. And I guess that's it. Thank you.

I recently traveled from an hour away for my first appointment at this new office. Although I encountered unexpected traffic and arrived 30 minutes late, the staff was extremely accommodating. They worked diligently to fit me into their schedule so that I could still see my caregiver and complete my appointment. I was incredibly pleased with the service I received. The staff demonstrated professionalism, flexibility, and genuine concern for my situation. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this practice to others looking for quality care and excellent customer service.

Everything went well. I appreciate the doctors, the nurses, the entire hospital that took care of me, even down to the people that ambulated me. The service was very, very, very good. Very good. And I can recommend Copper to anybody. That's it. It was good.

The care I received was excellent, thank God and thanks to the doctors. After God, the doctors gave me the best care. They treated me very well; thank God, they treated me well. The doctors gave me good care. Thank you all for your cooperation in providing this care.

I was impressed with the building and the easy check in. Appointment was timely, very little wait time. The provider was very informative. Just a shame it's not closure to the shore . I am a senior and don't drive in high traffic. I have to depend on someone to drive me which is not convenient when you are more than an hour away.

The doctor was excellent and she actually helped me because my blood pressure was low and she sat me through it and did it a couple of times and she gave me some vectors and shot and she was a fabulous, I mean, a fabulous appointment. My doctor was great.

Jordin was very kind and thorough. I'm a mess of things gone wrong and vacillate between worrying that there's something serious and brushing things off as "just pain". She really helped me sort thru what i am feeling and we made a plan to move forward. I am thankful

Outstanding Experience with Dr. Jordin Swanson I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Jordin Swanson and the care I received at Cooper in Mount Laurel. My very first appointment, Dr. Swanson made me feel seen, heard, and completely at ease. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also compassionate, patient, and thorough in her approach. Dr. Swanson took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and genuinely cared about my comfort and well-being. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail are truly unmatched. The entire team at her office was welcoming and efficient, making the whole experience seamless and stress-free. It's so hard to find good doctors anymore so I am so grateful I found Cooper, I'm trying to switch all my doctors to Cooper!

I felt Jordin was professional and interested in what i had to communicate. She tried to get to the root of my pain and explained what she was thinking and what she felt needed to be explored.As a retired nurse I wish all providers listened as well
