We received an appointment immediately. We did not have to wait at all for our appointment. The staff were friendly, polite, courteous, very professional. The doctor, I can't say enough good things about him. He treated my husband tremendously. He checked him. He listened to him. He ordered tests that will help figure out what is going on with my husband. He was very professional, courteous, kind, compassionate, and we're looking forward to our next appointment with him.

This is my first experience with Cooper and Dr. DIsipio. I am very pleased with the hospital and the doctor. I am confident I will be well taken care of as my treatment continues.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, honest and frank.

So I had a good experience all the way around from going into the facility and making sure by asking the information desk if I was heading in the right direction to being greeted pleasantly and very quickly when I came in for check-in and the young lady who came to get me in the lobby, which was under 15 minutes. In fact, I was talking to a friend of mine who happened to also be seeing another Cooper doctor. So I was passing the time just fine. Anyway, the young lady who came to get me and did my vitals was very pleasant, very kind. And of course, Dr. DiScipio is always the best and always very kind and always takes the time to devote to me and my issues with my GI issues.

Very positive experience overall

I truly appreciated how my doctor and the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Disipio gave me very helpful advice and showed genuine support for what I am going through with my digestive issues. I felt he genuinely wanted to see me get better.
