The call center representative scheduled my appointment quickly and followed up with updates, which I appreciated since I traveled from North Carolina. Directions and landmarks were clear. The facility was clean and welcoming. I was seen in Module A, where both the doctor and the technician were excellent the technician even took the time to fix my broken crutch.

Very professional, easy to make an appointment, service was on point, no wait time, good bedside service by the doctor, and I will highly recommend this to everyone.

Dr. Okon is the BEST!! I appreciate the excellent care I receive during my knee injections. His professionalism, patience, and gentle approach made a "painful" situation much more tolerable. He took the time to explain each step, answer my questions, and ensure I felt at ease throughout the procedure. I'm already feeling relief from the pain in my knees. I will repeat this very same evaluation when he delivers my ultrasound injection for my shoulder also! !

My visit to Cooper on Thursday was the most professional from receptionist to the Cray tech and the Doctor I have ever experienced for a medical appt. Effective treatment. I felt relief of pain almost immediately. Physician wasn't very "chatty" but he did answer all my questions to my satisfaction.

I have received excellent care from my bone and joint specialist. The cortisone shots in both of my knees, along with the ultrasound-guided injections for my shoulder were administered with skill and precision. The procedures were explained clearly, done with care, and brought me much-needed relief. I deeply appreciate the professionalism, compassion, and expertise that make every visit a positive experience.

Doctor was prepared (having read my X-rays prior to visit), asked pertinent questions and understood my complaint(s). Dr. Okon was very personable and professional.

The provider, as well as his staff members, were incredibly punctual, kind, patient, and took the time to make my child feel comfortable and understand what she is dealing with and how she can help herself and work with them to improve. I followed Dr Okon across the river from Jefferson Hospital because I think he is a very good doctor.

We moved to New Jersey a year ago. After 10 years in three other states with many doctors, it is beyond comforting to find at every experience with Cooper doctors a 10+ experience!

Everyone was very nice. The check in quick and smooth. The Dr. Was straight and to the point, which I like. Very informative and answered all my questions.

I was literally shaking just prior to receiving a monovisc gel injection in my knee. Dr. Okon has a very calm and pleasant bedside manner which put me at ease immediately. He was very gentle, and the procedure was quick. Of course I felt pressure, but not pain.

My appointment was a second opinion based on the dismissive nature and doctor frustration of answering questions at a large orthopedic center in the PA/NJ area. NOT SO with DrOkon. Face to face interaction. Listened to injury event. Listened to my concerns. Examined my injury explained injury/explained reasoning for pain answered additional questions. Discussed treatment options was very cognizant of my anxiety about this. And when he provided treatment he was gentle and concerned that he was being gentle. He also gave me recommendations for home care. And physical therapy and a follow up for 6 weeks. I am a Cooper bone and joint patient forever and actually have already in 24 hours recommended Dr Okon and Cooper bone and joint 2 times. Thank you

Excellent service!

The staff was remarkable, the parking and the waiting facilities were excellent, and I was very pleased with the Doctor who saw me. He was willing to send me to a trauma specialist to take care of my problem.

I'm not sure if it was because my appointment was first thing 8:15 AM (probably) but I went straight in and finished the entire examination with 30 minutes. I was prepared for a stressful morning but was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was attentive and friendly, but very professional. Actually looking forward to my next appointment in 6 weeks.

My grandbaby can be it will be very excited hyper, and they was not worried about it at all they talked to him directly and let him make his own decisions and he loved it he talks about it all the time

I wasn't sure how to answer since this was my first visit. All went well. I followed my pcp from cooper to mainline health and then she retired and I'm coming back to cooper. I am excited to know that Cooper expects the behaviors, you are asking about, from their care team and all in office.

The provider took the time to explain my child diagnosis to her so she was able to understand what he was saying..

I was quite impressed with the treatment that i received. The staff were polished in appearance and definitely demonstrated a professional approach and personality. The doctor "blew my doors off"! I was treated for my minor sprained ankle as if was the most important patient on his schedule. All this and I was late arriving to the appointment! Thank you!
