Nothing could have made my experience better.

I guess my whole experience tens across the board. when I first started coming, I was kind of optimistic about my care. The first day she came in and explained everything to me. I've never had a doctor explain what was going on that thorough was so comforting.

Dr. Judy Diep is very professional and truly cares about the patient's health. Thank you. And thank you to all the staff at Cooper.

So many offices are now using laptops on stands to check-in. It was an absolute pleasure to walk up to a person and be greeted and checked in - by a friendly person. Thank you.

Dr diep is very knowledgeable

1st time meeting Dr Diep. She is very nice and approachable. She presented herself as very knowledgeable. I was diagnosed with MS 10 years ago. She is my 3rd neurologist. I left my first because I was unhappy. The 2nd was good. But she resolved the MS portion of her practice. I really like Dr Diep. She made me feel comfortable and she listened to my concerns. Im hoping to stay with her.

Dr Diep is the first doctor in a very long time, especially at Cooper Health to make me feel seen and heard. She listened, she asked questions, and she offered solutions that considered me as a whole person. She did not rush me or gaslight me. I knew she believed me and my valued my lived experiences. It was honestly refreshing and I wished more of my experiences involving medical personnel were like that.

Dr Diep listen to all my issues. She took her time to answer each and every one of them. She gave me input on medication's that I'm taking suggested some changes in my diet to make me feel better. She ran a series of test in the office to help me understand what it happened to me. I would recommend her to anyone who has a problem like I did. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Everyone from the front desk receptionist to Dr. Diep were extremely pleasant and helpful.

It was difficult to get mt appointment, but meeting Dr Deipt and being treated by her was a positive experience. Dr. Deipt was able to find out what was happening with my symptoms and ally my fears. She took a lot of time helping me understand what to expect, explaining the meds and timeline to recovery. I was pleasantly surprised by how well I was treated.

Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly. Dr. Deip, neurologist, commented on my physical appearance, which has changed in the past six months. This points to her attention to detail, and caring attitude towards me.

I have always had very good service and Dr. Diep, I trust her. She's very, very patient with me and very thorough. I have given her name to a couple of people. Thank you.

First visit with Dr Judy Diep for a 21 year old with diagnosis of Ms. She was excellent and great "bedside manners"! She explained everything perfectly for us. She made us (21 yr old and parents) totally comfortable and totally trustworthy of all her advice!

I am very happy I found Dr. Diep!! She is the third neurologist I've had since having MS and I finally feel like I've found someone who understands me and my specific needs. She also took the time to adequately prepare and thoroughly read my 12 years of tests and notes - and actually retain it! -so she not only already had a solid understanding of where im at, which i found personal and impressive, but also allowed me to skip having to repeat all of the same information again to yet another doctor. She's a straightshooter and honest, but also compassionate and kind. She also respects her patients' time. I have never seen another provider that did half of these things, let alone all of them! I feel extremely lucky and beyond lucky to have finally found the neurologist i have been needing!

Dr Diep was absolutely amazing. She spent almost an hour with me and really listened. She was caring and empathetic and truly cared. I am so lucky to have seen her.

This doctor is a new doctor so I will wait and see how it goes. She was really knowledgeable and she went out of her way to explain things to me.
