Everything was highly professional and well organized.

Doctor Shh is my favorite doctor! She is empathetic and ex extremely knowledgeable. Doctor. She is extremely empathetic and knowledgeable also.

Dr. Shih is uniquely great. She is smart, prepared, up to date, and she listens. For me what stands out most is that she's very real. I feel I have a real person caring for me -- not just a white jacket. That's everything to me when dealing with serious health issues.

Dr. Shih was very helpful and informative about hormone therapy for my prostate cancer. At this time I have chosen to have surgery instead of hormone therapy. However, if hormone therapy is indicated in the future, I would feel very confident in trusting my care to Dr. Shih.

I wasn't able to see or speak to Dr.Shih, I had to leave to go pick my daughter up from school she had a half day and I totally forgot about. But I was able to reschedule for another day and time. Staff was amazing,and I'm sure Dr.Shih is as well!

I was really uncertain about my visit due to the outcome of my biopsy. The Doctor and her staff reassured me that I was in good hands and together we will handle this. I felt better knowing that I made the right decision in choosing Cooper for my medical treatment.

Dr Shih is an excellent person from my first visit 7 January 2001she has shown an interest in me as a person first, then as a patient with stage 4 lung cancer. If need be I would wait for a delayed visit because she doesn't rush you and makes sure we both understand my needs and the care planned till the next visit.
