I have the pleasure of having Dr. Julia Shih as my oncologist for the pat 4 years. She and her entire staff have always treated me with the utmost respect, professionalism and respect. They are always going above and beyond their standards. Its a pleasure to know that she is there for me at anytime I need clarification or as much as a simple questions answered, She is an asset to the Cooper team and should be recognized for her contribution.

Dr Shih is an excellent person from my first visit 7 January 2001she has shown an interest in me as a person first, then as a patient with stage 4 lung cancer. If need be I would wait for a delayed visit because she doesn't rush you and makes sure we both understand my needs and the care planned till the next visit.

Dr. Shih, she did very well. She explained everything to me and she did wonderful and she treated me very nice. And she really had a nice personality and she spoke to me very nice.

Staff was courteous and professional.

The visit with Dr Shih went smoothly and was informative. However the wait for the injection that followed was long and tiring. Whether that floor was understaffed or facing unexpected emergencies is unknown, but the wait was stressful and unexpected.
