Excelent experience

Dr Rudolph was excellent she really listened to me and answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. She also explained clearly that I had the flu and the prescriptions she was prescribing and what each prescription was for. She also followed up with me to confirm the results of my Covid test which were negative a few days later. More specifically Christmas Morning as she wanted me not to be worried that is a doctor going above and beyond.

Dr. Rudolph is very thorough. She goes over every test and expresses herself very clearly. Whatever my concerns are she completely addresses them. She does not pressure me when I don't follow her instructions, but tells me honestly what can happen if I don't take my meds as prescribed. I appreciate her patient, kind but stern way that she explains my negligence of not doing what I need to do to maintain my health. Yes, I have and will continue to refer everyone looking for an excellent caregiver. She is truly a God send.

Hi, I'm an existing patient of Dr. Chen. So I was seeing Dr. Randolph for the first time because Dr. Chen was unavailable. And I must say that I would recommend Dr. Randolph to anyone. I felt heard. She was very detailed and clear in her explanations. And if in the case that Dr. Chen was not available, I would see Dr. Randolph again in a heartbeat.

Everyone here is exceptionally kind, caring, and considerate. They consistently go out of their way to help, always making sure you feel supported and valued. The warmth and genuine thoughtfulness they show make every interaction a positive experience.

She assured me that she would be able to provide the care I need. Dr. Kafi was attentive, kind and assuring! The medical receptionist was great! She had many appointments to make for me. Dr Rudolph was absolutely compassionate and listened to my concerns very attentively. She took some tests yesterday and called me this morning at 10:30 to give me a game plan to follow. She followed up so quickly, I nearly fell off my chair! She is very bright, and very involved! A wonderful Doctor!

My appointment with Dr. Kari Rudolph was amazing. I was seen in Cooper ER on [Date] for a concussion suffered on [Date] , but am not able to get a neurology appointment until [Date] . I was feeling SO frustrated going into the appointment, but she was so wonderful. I felt heard, better prepared on what to do, and appreciated the compassion and attention built into her work.

The staff was welcoming and as soon as I was checked in - and sat down, they were calling my name to go back.

I felt comfortable talking to my doctor. I felt, I don't, I feel like she was attentive to my situation, my situation. And, you know, she provided me with the assessment needed to continue to say that I want her as my provider, my doctor, 100%.
