Kudos to the entire Staff and Dr. HUSSAIN. I recently undergone breast cancer surgery at age 76 which was shocking. Rest assured thanks to MD ANDERSON medical & administration staff. I truly am blessed to have them as my medical providers.!! !

My visit was very professional. The staff bringing me back was wonderful. I was brought back very quickly. I did not have a long wait. Dr. Hussain, as always, answered all my questions and went into great detail and explained everything to me. And checking out was quick, easy, no long wait. And I scheduled for my next appointment in six months that was convenient and a good time for me.

The Cooper/ MD Anderson teams have been wonderful thru this experience! I have referred my husband for treatment because I was so very impressed with my care and for lack of better words "customer service"! Everyone is on top of their game- I have never had to call or chance an appointment - the team has always called me to schedule in a timely manner. The Docs, PA's, NP's , RN's and support teams are dedicated and always explain plan of treatment, treatment and post-treatment needs. I am pleased with my team and treatment. Thank you!

I have been very pleased with Cooper doctors and staff. Everyone is so caring and friendly. I use all Cooper doctors ever since I was treated for breast cancer in 2023. I trust in them very much and I am always satisfied with their professionalism.

I am so grateful that I got very good news yesterday. I can't imagine how hard it is when they have to give someone devastating news. Dr. Hussein was so calming and caring throughout my time with him. He told me I don't need him anymore but if I ever did, he would be there for me.??? ?

The doctor was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable. Newly diagnosed with breast cancer. He was very informative and telling me what to expect and that he would trust my, if he had a family member that had breast cancer, he would trust Dr. Loveland Jones. So very knowledgeable and I feel like I'm in good hands.

Dr. Abud came to the room after I'd seen a fella, a nice lady, nice doctor. Dr. Abud Hussein is extremely professional, compassionate, and he takes his time to explain things. Most of all, he sits down when he's talking to me. He doesn't stand up, and that gives me a lot of assurance and comfort. I would recommend him to anybody who has a clementality problem that I think will benefit, the person will benefit from his experience. I highly recommend Dr. Abud Hussain.

Everyone seems to be very nice efficient and knowledgeable. I have major issues in the mornings due to an accident, which involved a helicopter ride to Cooper 23 years ago & major surgery on my back by Dr.Clements so I will say that they have tried to accommodate me with my appointments and I truly appreciate this!! It definitely means a lot & over all I've been happy with MD Anderson and all the doctors that I have been with I thank you all so very much from the bottom of my heart

Good evening. I would just simply like to say that the staff at MD Anderson Invori's, they're very nice, very kind, and very patient. And I think that Dr. Hussein is a wonderful doctor. I just feel sometimes that I have to be a little faster with my answers and a little bit more precise with what he's asking me and come up with an answer or a comment a little bit faster than what I did. But all in all, I do believe he's a great doctor. He took care of me and all of my numbers and records seem to be much better, which means he knew what he was doing and him and Dr. Lopez have me on the right track. Thank you very much. Dr Kamel Hussein is absolutely wonderful. He is always kind and listens to my concerns. Having cancer is an awful thing and doctor visits can be worrisome, but Dr Hussein always speaks to me kindly and in a friendly manner. His demeanor is exactly what we need in such a difficult time.

I became Dr Hussein's patient five years ago when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. He has always been very caring. He was very gentle when examining me and explained everything. He also talked about getting a puppy and showed me pictures. He also talked about his mom visiting and cooking his favorite meals. He is an amazing doctor and I enjoyed every visit I also told him all this at my last visit..

I had a good visit with doctors and I was very pleased because of I was late for my appointment because there was a situation that was unexpected and yet they did fit me in and I appreciate that. I was well treated. I felt that the doctor was very caring and very thorough. I had a positive experience.

I wish I knew the names of the 2 women at check out. They were accommodating, compassionate and helpful.

It was my first visit visit there which was very scary for me due to the fact that I have Asperger's. Any type of social situation puts me on edge and and as usual Cooper as a whole made me feel comfortable and I felt less nervous when I got there I love my Cooper doctors

He didn't make me feel intimidated. He didn't belittle me. He gave me the utmost respect. And I have never in all my 75 years met with a staff as much as I have with the staff of Dr. Loveland Jones, Dr. Same, the whole team. I'm just fortunate, blessed, and grateful to have them. I thank you for the opportunity that I could share this.

A great first time experience.

Dr. Hussein always greets me by name, explains the objectives of our visit, and allows ample time for any questions or concerns that I may have.

I felt comfortable and felt I could ask any questions and they would have answered and explain everything. They treated me with respect and was ready to answer any questions polite friendly and made me feel calm and was very helpful I sincerely thank everyone there for all they have done and for the great experience with them. I want again to say thank you for making me feel at home and not feel scared and to feel I could ask anything and they would answer with truthfulness and very concerned that I understood everything.. and I felt I was in great hands and they would do all they could to help me and get me well thank you to all the staff and those great women at the desk who sign you in they are the first person u talk to coming in the office and when they are cheerful and friendly and smiling they make you feel comfortable I liked everyone I came in contact with and the one women I don't know her name was so friendly and made me laugh and I needed that and she was just so so friendly that I was very comfortable being there thank you girls at the desk you do a great job. Kind helpful understanding knowledgeable caring

Dr. Hussain is wonderful as a doctor. He makes sure that you feel safe for you to speak about how you feel. He never makes you feel like what you're saying is not valid. He makes sure that he explains everything in a way that you really understand it. He's really all about getting your health in order, even areas that you don't deal with. He'll make sure or give somebody to make sure that that's in order for you. Just a really wonderful person, great doctor, great, great doctor.

Dr. Hussein has good old fashion bedside manner and I am happy to have him on my team.

Dr Hussein is very professional, but also caring. He explains everything so my husband and I understand what my treatment plan is and what I can expect during the those treatments.

Dr Hussein explained all details about a new chemotherapy I was about to begin, including possible side effects and how to minimize their impacts. He gave me the time I needed to ask questions and assured me that they would watch me carefully and be with me all the way.
