Dr. Calabris was wonderful, having a personal at the time of my visit, unrelated to my visit, and she was wonderful and she took time out to listen to everything I had to say and was sympathetic about my problem and did not in any way rush me out. She was amazing.

Dr Karen is an amazing Dr! She knows what she's talking about. Very easy to speak to. Very down to earth. She knows what a person needs and should be done to help the person. Very informative! There aren't many Dr's like Dr Karen. She really cares about her patients.

I felt the 2 ladies at the front desk when we first came in were rude. We had a hard time finding the office because my GPS had sent me to a Jefferson office in the next complex first. There was no parking there so we had to park in the shopping center nextdoor and walk. They were very helpful looking up and getting us to where we needed to be. So we ended up being 5 minutes late for the appointment and the women at the desk did not want to accept us. Dr Calabrese agreed to see us. She was good and the woman who checked us out was very nice and helpful with our situation

My experience has always been exceptionably positive . The front desk staff is professional, welcoming, courteous , friendly and accommodating from the time of my arrival at the facility until the end of my visit when scheduling my next appointment. The Medical Assistant of the day always introduces his/ herself by giving their name , asks how I am doing and performs their relative duties patiently and in a helpful manner ( i.e. because of my age and impaired hearing they are very accommodating in repeating and / or talking a little louder!) Lastly, but not least, I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Karen Calabrese ! After having been with my previous doctor for about twenty years , he closed his office and I was forced to find a replacement for him. This was not a pleasant task, particularly at my age ( in my eighties) as I regarded him as top notch in all areas including, knowledge, professionalism and unique " bedside manner." Then, thankfully , I found Dr.Karen Calabrese . I feel I "struck gold!" She possesses all of the above mentioned qualities of my previous doctor and then some! She is knowledgeable, professional , kind , reliable and down to earth all rolled into one! I find her to be patient and easy to talk to about my concerns regarding my health issues . She shows respect for my age and patiently answers all my questions thoroughly in an understandable way. She reviews my medications , checks to see how well they are working or if I need replacement or refills. She makes referrals to other medical professionals when necessary and orders auxiliary tests as she deems appropriate! As I said she takes her time and I always "feel heard!" That is very important to Senior Citizens . Equally valued is that she always greets me with a pleasant smile ! That in itself is very therapeutic , especially when I am not having a good day! In my opinion Dr. Karen Calabrese is an asset to the Cooper Care Alliance at Kingsway East under Cooper University Health Care!

The staff at Dr. Calabri's office is always friendly and welcoming. I never have to wait long. I think the longest I've ever waited is three to four minutes. Dr. Calabrise herself is very friendly, very helpful, does not rush me, takes her time with me, answers all of my questions, has called me on the phone. We have communicated through the MyChart portal. She is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend her. Thank you.

Dr. Calabreis is great. The office staff is great. The only thing I will say is the gentleman that works in the lab core in the civil office is not very friendly. Does his job well, but is not very friendly. Does not say hello. How are you? Has not much of a personality at all. Other than that, the office is great.

I was nervous about getting a new primary but from the time I walked i immediately felt comfortable.

The reason I went to the doctor was I lost my previous doctor. And I had to wait until I met this doctor. My doctor passed away about a month and a half ago. So I still have some things that I have to talk to this doctor about. I want to give him the name, address, and everything of my previous doctor who passed away a month and a half ago. I would love for someone to get back with me so I can give them all that information. I think I'm going to enjoy this doctor. I have an appointment now in six months. There's really nothing wrong with me now, but you can't go without having a doctor. And my doctor passed away about a month, month and a half ago. I would appreciate if this doctor contacts me, gives me a call, and I can give him all the information

Everything about my provider, Dr. Karen Calabrese and her office was amazing. What's not amazing is that every time I have an appointment come up, I get like three phone calls, two emails, two text messages, and then post the appointment. Again, same thing, email, text, and now a phone call as well. My doctor is amazing, but it's just frustrating to get so much contact from you folks. I don't understand why it's necessary to be done on all those cases. Even if I confirm my appointment online, I still get a phone call to confirm my appointment. That's just confusing. My doctor and her office has been fabulous.
