For having to go to the doctor's office. Which is something I do not like to do. It is always a great experience. I'm treated as the individual patient that I am. I Believe the entire staff has my best interest at heart. Furthermore , I am praised for my improvements. As well as held accountable for any setbacks. This is what I believe patient care should be.

She is extremely knowledgeable, kind and explains everything well.

My appointment was delayed because a patient before me had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital as an Emergency. The staff kept me informed of about the wait, assured me that I would still see the Doctor and were very apologetic about the wait. I appreciated the care that was provided to that other patient and the courtesy with which I was treated.

Dr Agersborg, as well as the medical assistant, Amber, were great. Amber introduced herself and brought me to the examination room then did the preliminaries (weight, blood pressure, review of meds I take, etc). Very shortly thereafter, I met with Dr Agersborg who is just so knowledgeable and equally pleasant. Both are big assets for Cooper.

I was very nervous and apprehensive about this appointment. I felt Dr. Agorsborg listened to me and really understood my condition. Her knowledge and ability to explain what my diagnosis is and how to treat it made me trust her. She took the time to draw diagrams, show me literature, and go over all of my medications. I left the office excited about my health under the care of Dr. Agorsborg.
