She was wonderful, listened to my history. She decussed things and ways to solve this problem. So helpful and sweet. See her again in 3 months.she also gave me written script forms for Lab work when I have another uti. So caring and understanding.

Yeah, hi, I'm very satisfied with the care that I get at Cooper in US Sham. Most of the people that work there are very, very nice, very friendly, and they make you feel good when you go there. I have no problem with them at all, and I do appreciate that they're so nice. But I have no complaints with the people at USHAM at all. And thanks. I don't like to answer these because I go so often and I get requests, but whenever I can, I try and give you some feedback. I appreciate it. Thank you.

After catheter removal, post prostatectomy surgery, I did not urinate for 2 days. I left a message on day 1. On day 2 the person who answered the phone read the message from day 1 and treated me like it was an emergency. She made an appointment for me for less than 30 minutes after my call. After that I was treated like royalty. I like being treated like that.

Everyone was helpful and courteous. I was worried at first but Dr. Backus reassured me and made plans for my testing. She gave me paperwork to help me set up for my tests.

Provider was very personable as well as knowledgeable.

My experience was quite exceptional. The doctor listened to me explain the pains and challenges I was experiencing and showed a lot of concern which gave me confidence and some pschological relief. I was so happy with this.

Katelyn Backus was extremely attentive with what was needed for me. I was very impressed with her in all aspects of the visit. She went out of her way to follow up on the spasm issues I was having and called with me on the prescription I needed. Very helpful.

She seems very knowledgeable and is working in a plan to help me.
