Appointment waiting time in the office was in a reasonable time. Waiting area was not crowded, which was very nice. Girls at check in, were very nice. Ms. Backus was great! Explained everything. Kind. Great personality.

Katelyn Backus was extremely attentive with what was needed for me. I was very impressed with her in all aspects of the visit. She went out of her way to follow up on the spasm issues I was having and called with me on the prescription I needed. Very helpful.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left I was treated like the most important patient in the entire Cooper Healtlh System. Everyone was Professional, Knowledgeabe and completely interested in helping me with whatever problems we discussed. I would give my visit the highest marks.

She seems very knowledgeable and is working in a plan to help me.

The nurses at the desk were especially kind and helpful, even though I had a problem doing my paperwork online, and they were willing to take the extra time to help me at the desk. And the doctor, Caitlin, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and related to me if I was nervous about the situation. Thank you.
