We had an incredible visit with Dr. Woozley She took her time and explained the whole surgery we are facing. She did it in a way that my wife and I were comfortable and understood exactly what we are facing. She took her time and answered every question we had, and made us feel like we were her only patient. Not one time did we feel we were holding her up. I appreciated the care that was taken. Since this was a consult for emergency surgery, the doctor ordered further x-rays, and expedited orders for necessary blood work, plus an EKG that my cardiologist would need to see to provide clearance for the surgery. And various building personnel assisted in taking me in the wheelchair to the doctor's floor at the start, then down to the lab, and up to the 2nd floor to stop in at my cardiologist's, and back down to meet with my driver who was arriving.

This was my first visit to this office and the staff from the moment I walked in the building, to the ladies signing us in, to the xray tech and doctor were all phenomenal!! Very respectful to myself and all my children that I brought with me.

On Monday morning I received a reminder text for my son's [Date] appt for 10am. I thought I wrote his [Date] emergency ortho appt down wrong. I raced home got him in the car and raced off to the address in the text and promptly pulled up to his Nuero doctor office without even realizing what I did until I walked in to check in. I decided to drive over to ortho and see if they could fit me in once I realized I confused Mondays. (Frazzled Mom brain) I walked in explained what I did and they told me they would let me know if they could fit us in. Not even 5 mins later they came out and said they would able to bring us back. I was so grateful. My son broke his arm and needed a cast and everyone treated him so well and so quickly and squeezed us in despite us being there at the wrong time. I'm so grateful to Cooper, the care he received and the zero judgement for my frazzled mom brain.

I was able to get an appointment with a reasonable time.

Everything was on time and everyone was very friendly.

I've never felt so comfortable with a doctor on the first visit, except with my obgyn, Dr. Jocelyn Williams!!! Dr. Woozley was absolutely amazing, her personality was inviting and her knowledge was reassuring.
