I've been seeing Dr. Hines for probably 10 to 15 years, most of the time at her Sewell office. Everyone at the Sewell office, including Dr. Hines, could not be kinder. And I just, I've already recommended her. Two friends of mine now go to her. So she's an extraordinary doctor, very special doctor that you guys have on staff. You're lucky to have her. And I'm lucky she hasn't retired yet.

I enjoy going to the RIPA Center to see Dr. Kathleen Hines. She's very caring. She cares about her patients wholeheartedly. She cares about their mental state and she also cares about their medical state as well. So I just want to say that I highly recommend her and the staff at the RIPA Center is excellent. Dr. Heintz is one of my favorite people in the whole world. I am happy that I only get to see her twice a year and then hopefully just once a year (no offense). I love our realistic check ups and probably too truthful conversations about what I am willing to cut out and what is staying regardless. She gets me, and she holds me accountable in my heart health journey. I am better for knowing her. The girls behind the desk are all awesome. Every time I am there we have a little check in conversation and I am told if the Doc is running behind. The white board makes that easy and it's pretty accurate. I don't like your scale.

Everyone was kind, helpful and friendly. Dr Heintz had clearly laid out the plan of care. I didn't feel judged or blown off for concerns voiced. I've never felt so comfortable with a physician before except for my primary physician. Also your office had the nicest aroma in the air. It reminded me of going to a 'headshop ' back in the day. Old hippie here. Smelled like incense.

My provider always takes excellent care of me. She is consistent about asking what more she can do, and if I need an appointment with another provider that she is referring me to, she goes out of her way to message that provider to make sure that the appointment is made in a seamless fashion. I really appreciate this about her.

She took the time to talk with me, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the process. What really stood out was her ability to make me laugh and lighten the mood, which helped shift my mindset and calm me down more than I expected. It's not always easy to find someone who can balance professionalism with genuine compassion, but Q did exactly that. Her kindness, attentiveness, and reassuring presence made a big difference in how I experienced this appointment. I truly appreciate everything she did to support me and make me feel at ease.

The staff at the Glassboro office are also excellent - very efficient, professional yet personable, and quick to help you in and out of the office. During my visit this time, the check out was backed up a bit. A lovely woman came out of her office - having seen me waiting - and checked me out so I could leave - despite the fact that it was not her job! She even used her business card to write down my next appointment!! I wish I could remember her name so she could be acknowledged. Her office was right near the check out. I simply LOVE Cooper, Dr. Heinz, and all the wonderful, going the extra mile, caring measures that are a constant!
