The clinical staff, meaning the physician and those who did the EKG, were excellent. The front staff there in the office and when you checked in, just an average experience. It seemed like it was a conveyor belt, assembly line, and it just didn't seem very coordinated. But the provider was excellent and the people that did the EKG were excellent.

This practice is efficient and the staff are competent and very friendly. Dr Heintz is a wonderful provider that I do recommend!

Dr Kathleen Heintz is a wonderful physician and the consummate health provider. The entire staff at Glassboro cardiac care are terrific and provide personable and efficient support and service. All are great assets to Cooper.

Dr. Heintze was caring, compassionate and provided a thorough cardiac assessment for my brother. She provided a thorough explanation of recommended testing along with next steps pending return of the test results. The front office staff and medical assistant were all very friendly, kind and efficient. Although not happy about the travel time to Glassboro and the availability of a sooner appointment, the visit was very satisfying/reassuring and well worth the trip. Dr. Heintz and her team are rock stars.

Dr. Heintz was so reassuring and supportive at my appt. yesterday. She was aware that I will be having surgery this Thursday for malignant melanoma on my leg. Not only was this my annual checkup it was also for cardiac clearance in advance of the surgery. Dr. Heintz went over everything. Today my BP was running high. I called the office to seek advice regarding dosage. Even though I had just been there yesterday, Dr Heintz took the time and care to answer my question via My Chart within minutes! I appreciate that response more than I can express.
