She was amazing!

While it was not a major issue AT all, our appointments were at 10:30am and then 10:50am, neither of us were brought back up until 10:56am. We totally empathize with delays and emergencies, however I just wish we were informed about the delay. It wasn't up until I walking to the front desk "asking" if there was a delay. Usually, I give 15-20 minutes of leeway, however at the 26 minute mark, I wanted to check-in. Again, not a major issue, just wished communication was a little more forthcoming. Otherwise, we had a splendid experience!

Dr Landers listens to all my concerns and goes the extra mile to make sure I leave satisfied.

I was taken back to see Dr Landers almost as soon as I arrived. The tech was very attentive & Dr Landers did an amazing facial repair

Dr. Landers is the kindest nicest ENT doctor ever. She goes out of her way to explain everything thoroughly and make sure that she does the best for you. She has helped me so much. I will never go anywhere else for her. She has made it so I can breathe out of my nose again after two surgeries Absolutely love her. She's the best.

Dr. Landers was very knowledgeable and took her time to explain what she was doing and also our choices in regards to next steps. She's very professional and attentive.

I usually am very panicked when talking to doctors especially my first time meeting them but with Dr. Landers and her team felt very comfortable like I knew them for years. They listened to want I wanted and needed and gave suggestions and explained everything on a level I could understand. Looking forward to my next visit with them.

Since Dr Landers specializes in surgery, I wouldn't recommend her to someone who's just dealing with allergies. Dr Landers was very thorough and knowledgeable so I appreciate that.
