Staff and Dr courteous, Dr Landers took time to ask questions, I felt at ease, not as nervous, assistant was courteous also

Dr. Landers is very easy to talk to and very kind. She explained the surgery I'll be getting in great detail and gave me no worries. I trust her and the rest of the cooper staff fully.

The facility was very clean and the staff was wonderful and Kathryn Landers is exceptional. She was very thorough, put me at ease, and I would definitely recommend her to anybody that needed specialty care.

While it was not a major issue AT all, our appointments were at 10:30am and then 10:50am, neither of us were brought back up until 10:56am. We totally empathize with delays and emergencies, however I just wish we were informed about the delay. It wasn't up until I walking to the front desk "asking" if there was a delay. Usually, I give 15-20 minutes of leeway, however at the 26 minute mark, I wanted to check-in. Again, not a major issue, just wished communication was a little more forthcoming. Otherwise, we had a splendid experience!

Dr. Landers and her team are very friendly. I usually am very panicked when talking to doctors especially my first time meeting them but with Dr. Landers and her team felt very comfortable like I knew them for years. They listened to want I wanted and needed and gave suggestions and explained everything on a level I could understand. Looking forward to my next visit with them.

She was relaxed , polite, sweet, intelligent , and very good with that nasal camera , gentle and efficient. So happy considering the wait and how busy she is, I'm grateful I had chosen her for my ENT appointment
