My whole experience at Cooper has been professional and I feel comfortable when I'm there

Everyone is always so nice and upbeat about everything!! All doctor's offices should be this way! !

Dr Marino is positive about things but also understands the mixed feelings I sometimes express. She explained things well so that I could understand how cancer is moving through my body.

I have excellent care from everyone I have encountered.. from the wonder valet guys the wonderful check in/out desk! My Dr, APN& Nurses and EVERYONE in between have been WONDERFUL to me! I can't say enough great things about MD ANDERSON and COOPER Hospital! Please keep doing what ya do every day! You all are making our deepest , challenging days easier and more tolerable and less frightening! I thank each and every one of you !

I had two appointments in the same day one was at 9 am but the other wasn't until 12 in the same building, I kindly ask the assistant if the can take me earlier no problem if they couldn't but they took me in at 10am that was so nice of them thank you

I like Kevin Marino, he's a great doctor. I like Dr. Hussain, he's a great doctor. And I really enjoy going there and the people there are really nice. I love going.

I usually have to go to the doctor every month for consultations. I really like the consistent care I receive every month I go. And the staff is also excellent. I don't have any complaints every time I go to my appointment.

The discussion on my results and plan was professionally presented - I had time for questions and answers were presented in easy to understand format.

Treated me with care

All of my questions and concerns were met with professionalism and compassion.

When I was in Cooper Hospital on [Date] I had 2 nurses that was the best nurses I ever had! And I been in the hospital quite often for over 10 yrs. Including Virtua. One of the nurses is a male nurse. His name is <Name.. He took care of me out of surgery and came with me to the Pav 6. Floor. I was in room 1. He was the most efficient and considerate nurse I have ever seen! I was very happy that he was there for me after surgery. I have never had a surgery quite like this one before and was there to help me when I was in pain and discomfort. I did not need to ring the bell once since that is all I had to do with other nurses especially in Virtua. The next day I had <Name.. She was wonderful also! She was there for me when I needed her and another nurse I did not have to ring the bell at all! She was there for me when I needed her and took care of other patients also like <Name. did. <Name. worked the nite shift. 2/5-2/6. When she came back for the nite shift on [Date] I was gone. I have to let u know that I ever had great care in my life from anyone at any hospital like these 2 nurses. They went above and beyond for me! I have never had such great help from ANY RN then these 2 nurses!! I hope they get the recognition they deserve!! And gratitude ! ! Thank U!
