I thought my first visit with Dr. Demera was excellent and he is an excellent primary care physician.

The doctor & the entire staff were all top notch! I did not wait long at all to see the doctor. I have 0 complaints and would recommend this office to family/friends.

Dr. Damarault is by far the best doctor of any sort that I've ever gone to. He's a fantastic person. Everybody loves him in the office. He is insanely intelligent about everything, not only medicine, and I would highly recommend him, and I have highly recommended him to my friends.

Dr. Damerau is interested in the patient as a person and takes the time to tell the patient about what the patient can do to improve his/her health. He is respectful and professional.

Dr. Damerau always treats me like I am his only patient. He never rushes, and he always gives me his full attention until I have no further questions or issues to discuss. Unlike other doctors who will send their patients for a series of tests, he has always been able to give an accurate diagnosis right there in his office without sending me off for tests.

Dr. Gamarau was wonderful. Not only his bedside manner, but the information that he relayed to me pertaining to my three scans that I had last week. As a cancer patient, I get very weary and very nervous about results. He told me when I asked all my questions, and I was very comfortable in his presence.

This appointment was on phone I didn't have interaction with staff so that question was not what I could really answer Dr Damerau was very helpful and very patient with my questions

Let your patients know prior to arriving they can park in the lot next to the offices and that it is validated when leaving after your visit. I payed to park in a lot around the corner from the office. The woman who greeted me when I came in was very nice, pleasant and helpful as was the woman who took care of setting up follow up apts. when I checked out. I'm sorry I don't remember their names.

I loved this office. Dr. Demerau took the time to go over all previous records from other doctors and answered all of my questions without hurrying me out the door. He's very thorough and not an alarmist type of doctor. That was my first visit and I've already recommended him to friends looking to switch as well. And his staff is amazing too. Dr Damerau is a skilled and empathetic doctor. I wish he had more availability, but I am always willing to wait for him. He is more than worth it.

When I say 10 on my provider, it is this specific provider - Keith Damerau. I am only with Cooper because I followed him through three practices now, as he is a superlative family doctor (or - in corporate speak - primary physician). The ratings lower than 10 are reflective of a very nice but seemingly disinterested front room staff. I also have found that when I NEED to see my doctor due to illness, he's booked for weeks ahead online and if call the office no effort is made by your schedulers to find a way for me to see MY doctor. They regularly suggest seeing another provider or using Cooper Urgent Care. To be frank, if I was going to do that there's a Patient First less than a mile from my house and I'd go there if I wanted "doctor du jour." As I mentioned, I'm with Cooper because Keith Damerau is an incredible doctor who treats his patients like individual people instead of inventory, which his how I feel when I deal with the Cooper system. As a company you should make a better effort to incorporate personal attention into your systems.

Dr Damerau spent more time with us than any other doctor we have ever seen. Both my wife and I had our appts. together as this was our first meeting with Dr Damerau. Our previous PCP of 30+ years retired, and based upon our recent experience w/Dr Damerau, our search for a new PCP has ended.
