Everyone was very kind and professional.

Confusing at the main check-in at the first floor, especially when I tried to scan my health care cards. But once I got to the third floor, everything was fine. Excellent staff at that check in. Short wait before I was escorted to the examination room. Colleen Slough is very professional but down to earth. Explained what was my medical issue (rash) and gave me the answers and advice needed to resolve my concerns.

Colleen was very informative, told me exactly what she was going to do before proceeding with the care to my incision that had not completely closed. Also caring, and said to call if I needed anything.

My nurse was Colleen and she was so nice and explained things in just plain English that it just soothed me and it made me feel comfortable sitting there with her. Kelly Slough is an absolutely amazing Surgical Nurse. She is professional, an advocate, caring and extremely knowledgeable in her field. I have been followed by her for almost 6 months now and she has been a blessing beyond words. Her supervising of my healing has guided myself and my husband through a very challenging time. Along with her wound adjustments, guidance and support she carried us through our hardships with her encouragement and great wisdom. Please congratulate her with a raise or a bonus as Im sure she throws her heart into so many families that are routinely dealing with life saving surgeries. She carries on many loads as people maintain health as they heal, she is the Ultimate Surgical Nurse and should be among the highest of Leadership teams to provide insight to Drs, and upcoming residents and nursing departments. You have a Gem in your midst; take full opportunity to recognize her amazing work ethic!

They are very good professionals, kind, friendly, and above all, very understanding with patients.

When we got there, we signed in and we did not wait long. We got to take him back to the room and Dr came in a couple minutes later and explained everything that happened in surgery and made us feel welcomed and explained every little detail and answered every question we had we are very pleased at this appointment
