I agreed with most of the recommendations my PCP made regarding our discussed topics. I felt a bit chastised by some of her replies. Overall I was happy with her knowledge and manner. Having recently moved to the area, I'm considering her to be my new PCP.

AFTER many years of doctors passing my care around I finally found Dr.Tousaint..I feel so blessed to find her! I have serious mental and emotional handicaps due to trama after seeing my son 23yr old die simply standing uo.Dr.Tousaint is so kind and calming she listens WITHOUT judgement and Always makes me understand these are very real physical problems and its ok to be afraid all the time because I feel Dr.Tousaint would be there for me Shes very thorough and very brilliant! I saw another doctor before for several years so I really do miss her,but I believe I will be very satisfied with my new doctor. Dr Toussaint has a great personality and I feel comfortable talking to her about anything. Most of the time, appointments are on time but I am ok waiting. In the past, I felt rushed with other doctors at the office. They were always rushed and I felt pressured to get my issues or questions addressed in my "time slot" even when I came in with notes not to forget things. She doesn't rush me & I appreciate. It also allowed me to develop trust with her. I hope Cooper continues to allow doctors to keeps that personal connection

This was my first visit to her and I really enjoyed the question, the answer. We got a chance to talk, so I really felt like my view was very important to her. Because I always think if a doctor doesn't ask you questions, then how do they know how to proceed with you or to treat you So I really enjoyed the conversation. I felt human. I felt like what I was saying made a difference to her so that she could apply what the things that I was actually giving feedback to her with. So I really appreciate it. It was my first visit and it won't be my last. So I want to thank her very much for that and putting up with me in the office, pulling me back in when I needed to be reeled in on different health issues. So I appreciated that as well. This was my first visit with Dr. Keshia Toussaint. I was extremely impressed with her. So personable and knowledgeable. While I have never had a problem with any doctors at the Pennsville office, I particularly liked her and would like to continue seeing her.

The overall experience is/was great , I mean everyone has a hiccup from time to time that's life . But the Group as a whole I really like. I might add that you might want to check in with your callback services and try to have them return calls a little bit faster.

And I did have a couple of concerns which I spoke to her about, and she addressed both of them on a scale of one to ten, with ten being the very finest. I would rate her as an eight.
