This was my 1st ever time seeing Dr McHale, so I didn't know what to expect. I couldn't be happier. Everything went well, from check-in to checkout. Dr McHale took the time to check everything going on with my knee, went over the X-rays with me, and came up with a plan of action.

The reason for our appointment with Dr. McHale was for a 2nd opinion. When he said my husband had a tear in his left shoulder my husband and I had a big sense of relief. Another doctor and radiology company said there was no tear. An independent radiologist said there was a tear and prepared a study that Dr. Mc Hale agreed with. We have a script for PT and we will followup with Dr. Mc Hale at the conclusion of PT so we will know how to proceed. We are very happy that we were directed to Cooper and Dr. McHale.

Dr McHale is great! He spends time with you and answers questions. Staff in office are all pleasant and nice to deal with. Getting through on the phone takes too long but other than that. All good stuff.

Dr. McHale is very patient, kind, spends time explaining things and really cares about you, how you're doing. I get injections in my left knee and it's pain-free and it helps my knee and the office is very friendly and kind. The ladies at the desk and the manager are all very helpful and treat me as if they really care, each one. Thank you.

Dr. McCall was amazing. He was very thorough. He took his time. He explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. All the staff were very nice except for the person on the first floor check-in. That receptionist was pretty rude.

I can't say enough about my recent experiences with the cooper system. From my primary care doctor to endocrinologist appointments now to the orthopedic doctor. We now have a lab for blood work at my dr office. I had an xray upon arrival at the orthopedic doctor. You make getting the care you need easier. The results are posted quickly.
