Starting from the staff at the front door, they were amazing at the front desk and the provider was absolutely awesome. Couldn't ask for anybody better. She treated us great. My son was extremely comfortable with her. My daughter was absolutely adored her. They can't wait to go back and she's awesome. Couldn't say anything better about her.

Mrs.Kim Giordano is very good doctor , me and my child always leave feeling better and knowing that things will get better for my sons health long term . Meanwhile it's such a relief of knowing my child has a great doctor over his health care at cooper hospital shes very helpful with guiding me to learn how manage my sons health better & I appreciate it a lot . Definitely need more doctors like her and to keep more doctors like her

Our provider was extremely helpful, always provided enough care for my son. They talk, understanding his needs, and she basically explains everything in detail for us so that it's easy for us to understand. I think I might have messed up on one or two of the answers or my responses or what have you on the survey. So I just wanted to be clear on that and that she's awesome. Since we've had her assigned to my son and helping with his care, I've had nothing but comments and compliments in regards to how she treats us. So just wanted to give her a shout out just to basically let you guys know that we received exceptional service. Thank you.

Ms. Kim Hoffman was an extremely, tremendously great provider for me and my son for our first experience at the Cooper Pediatric location. And I will recommend her to everyone. You guys need to have more doctors like her to explain things to moms that honestly don't know too much of what's going on with their child's medical. And I'm very appreciative of everyone and Ms. Kim Hoffman and I look forward to seeing more doctors like that in the future and look forward to seeing Ms. Kim in a couple months. Thank you.

Our entire visit was wonderful from start to finish. My daughter has ASD, and without me needing to mention anything, the receptionist checking us in arranged for her to use the sensory room. I'm not sure if she read my daughter's notes or was simply very observant, but either way it meant a lot! It was our first time using the sensory room at Cooper, and it was amazing. When it came time to meet the doctor, the nurse even switched us to the sensory-friendly exam room, which was also fantastic. We met with a new doctor during this visit, and she had a great vibe very warm and attentive. I've already shared our experience with several others and am genuinely looking forward to our next visit. I wish I had remembered everyone's names so they could be recognized individually it truly was a wonderful team from check-in to check-out.

Kim was amazing as always. Interacts with my child easiest involves him in the conversation and really shows that she cares!

Everyone in the office was patient, kind and so welcoming. It was our second time at this office and the staff and Dr. Kim were happy to see us and remembered details about my daughter. We love picking books at the end of the appointment too. Such a fun and thoughtful option. I can't recommend this office enough!

Kim G is so amazing. She's like so thorough. She remembers my case, my kid. She knew I was pregnant. She's so, so thorough. She's so easy to understand. She's just really, really good. She's kind. She says things in a way I totally understand. She goes above and beyond. She's really helped my son. Things are going really, really well because of her. I just love her and I would recommend her to anybody I know.
