Dr. Ganguly was terrific! He realized I was in pain and felt I should be treated ASAP! I was taken the next morning for my procedure!

Dr Ganguly is truly one of a kind. He is so kind and caring. I wish all doctors could be like him.

My initial visit to Dr Kingsuk Ganguly at Cooper in Moorestown was as good as it gets. I was greeted with seconds at the front lobby entrance, and my appointment was quickly confirmed. I was directed to take a short walk to the end of the hall to a beautiful waiting area. Within 4 minutes I was greeted by a patient care tech, and she walked with me to my own private exam room. The room was new, clean and beautiful. I communicated some recent health information, and she took my vital signs. She was very nice, polite and professional. I waited about 7 minutes and Dr GanGuly knocked on the door and greeted me. He is a very pleasant man, was in a wonderful cheerful mood and showed a genuine concern for my health. He reviewed my MRI results and explained the best treatment option. I was recommended by a coworker to visit Dr Ganguly for treatment and I will tell you, He is the best! Kind, personable and just a real person doing his very best to make patients feel comfortable when the come for pain management. The appointment lasted about 10 - 15 minutes. I was directed to walk toward the exit area and meet with one of the ladies for discharge instructions paperwork. There were several Cooper employees there to greet me and no wait time. Checkout took 2 minutes. I was told to expect a call from the surgical scheduling department by next day and I did. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day for treatment. I was offered an appointment for the next month, but I politely asked if they had anything sooner and they replied that there was an opening the next day at 1pm so I took it. It does not hurt to ask but I was expecting to receive an appointment within 2 to 3 weeks. I got lucky! I received another call by one of the nurses for instructions how to prepare for the next day treatment. If you are in a lot of pain, I recommend that you ask the nurse when you can take your regular pain medications overnight and the morning of the treatment leading up to the check in time. The nurse will go over everything but take notes. I arrived the next day early and went to the second floor to the surgery check in. Radiology and Surgery departments are on the second level. Elevators are right past the main entrance lobby on the right. Check in was easy and there are plenty of comfortable seating and 4 restrooms. I was called about 25 minutes past my check in time to the pre-op area. My nurse was very kind and professional. After about 30 more minutes I went to the OR for my procedure. Everyone was very helpful. I don't remember anything about the procedure. I was out! Woke up in PACU and after a 25-minute recovery the nurse offered me a snack and something to drink. I changed into my clothes and was escorted to the left side exit where my wife pulled up to drive me home. I had an awesome experience at Cooper and today I am feeling much better. I have lived in extreme pain for 6 weeks. Today I am feeling very close to pain free. Coopers' beautiful facility is located at the Moorestown Mall facing Route 38. Everything looks new, clean, spacious, and staffed with caring professionals. I highly recommend Cooper in Moorestown.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Ganguly. He was polite and well prepared for my appointment. He seems to be concerned about my well-being. That is important to me. He explained everything about my upcoming procedure. I feel comfortable going forward with him.

Doctor was very nice, explained what needed to be done. Not too many doctors really care about our "mental" state. All you have to do is smile & they never know how depressed you feel.

Dr.Ganguly treated as well or better than medical doctor has treated me over my lifetime .. he was interested in my well being and has a plan for me to get better as quickly as possible! Most importantly as well He didn't speak to me as though he he was doing me a favor seeing me! Thank you!

Easy to understand

He is the best Dr. I have ever seen. Caring, very vice, answers all questions. There is so much I could say. Best Dr. ever covers it all. Cooper should be lucky to have him.

Another doctor came in first and I explained everything. Then the provider which I made th appointment with came in and said the first doctor filled him in withy information. Both providers were very nice and knowledgeable
