I was able to check in online before arrival. When I arrived I was met in the lobby by a receptionist who had a tablet. She directed me where to go. Within 5 minutes I was taken to exam room. I saw the Dr within 10 minutes. One of the best experiences for an appointment.

Appointment was for pain management, but the earliest available appointment was 3 weeks out. However, I was automatically notified of opportunity for earlier appointment, and got to see doctor 2 weeks earlier.

I was there on time,didn't have to wait long at all waiting area, soon sat down about few mins was called to see the doctor. Then saw doctor rite after the lady took my vitals ask me questions about my health and doctor came in room not l8ng before the lady left out the room.I have a very good experience there.

I liked that the injection process was explained to me in a way I could understand it and that next steps were clear.

I think Dr. Ganguly is a phenomenal physician. He's very knowledgeable, listens and goes out of his way to treat my condition to the best of his ability. I am so lucky to have him as my physician and wouldn't want anyone else.

This office was run very efficiently. I was taken in and seen in a timely manner which I appreciate. The doctor was knowledgeable and put me at ease. I would highly recommend them.

My initial visit to Dr Kingsuk Ganguly at Cooper in Moorestown was as good as it gets. I was greeted with seconds at the front lobby entrance, and my appointment was quickly confirmed. I was directed to take a short walk to the end of the hall to a beautiful waiting area. Within 4 minutes I was greeted by a patient care tech, and she walked with me to my own private exam room. The room was new, clean and beautiful. I communicated some recent health information, and she took my vital signs. She was very nice, polite and professional. I waited about 7 minutes and Dr GanGuly knocked on the door and greeted me. He is a very pleasant man, was in a wonderful cheerful mood and showed a genuine concern for my health. He reviewed my MRI results and explained the best treatment option. I was recommended by a coworker to visit Dr Ganguly for treatment and I will tell you, He is the best! Kind, personable and just a real person doing his very best to make patients feel comfortable when the come for pain management. The appointment lasted about 10 - 15 minutes. I was directed to walk toward the exit area and meet with one of the ladies for discharge instructions paperwork. There were several Cooper employees there to greet me and no wait time. Checkout took 2 minutes. I was told to expect a call from the surgical scheduling department by next day and I did. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day for treatment. I was offered an appointment for the next month, but I politely asked if they had anything sooner and they replied that there was an opening the next day at 1pm so I took it. It does not hurt to ask but I was expecting to receive an appointment within 2 to 3 weeks. I got lucky! I received another call by one of the nurses for instructions how to prepare for the next day treatment. If you are in a lot of pain, I recommend that you ask the nurse when you can take your regular pain medications overnight and the morning of the treatment leading up to the check in time. The nurse will go over everything but take notes. I arrived the next day early and went to the second floor to the surgery check in. Radiology and Surgery departments are on the second level. Elevators are right past the main entrance lobby on the right. Check in was easy and there are plenty of comfortable seating and 4 restrooms. I was called about 25 minutes past my check in time to the pre-op area. My nurse was very kind and professional. After about 30 more minutes I went to the OR for my procedure. Everyone was very helpful. I don't remember anything about the procedure. I was out! Woke up in PACU and after a 25-minute recovery the nurse offered me a snack and something to drink. I changed into my clothes and was escorted to the left side exit where my wife pulled up to drive me home. I had an awesome experience at Cooper and today I am feeling much better. I have lived in extreme pain for 6 weeks. Today I am feeling very close to pain free. Coopers' beautiful facility is located at the Moorestown Mall facing Route 38. Everything looks new, clean, spacious, and staffed with caring professionals. I highly recommend Cooper in Moorestown.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Ganguly. He was polite and well prepared for my appointment. He seems to be concerned about my well-being. That is important to me. He explained everything about my upcoming procedure. I feel comfortable going forward with him.
