My experience at the Ripa center was amazing! Can't say enough great things about it from the attendants at the front desk to my doctor everyone was phenomenal. The woman who checked me in was so kind, friendly and gracious and she offered me tea and coffee while I waited, asked me how my day was going and was truly a breath of fresh air. The doctors assistant (nurse tech) was also so kind, professional and just overall made me feel safe and welcomed. I waited 3 months to be able to get this appointment with Dr. Williams because as a Black woman, it was really important to me to have a Black female GYN if possible and she was outstanding. Professional, kind, patient and efficient. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with kindness and professionalism and she was super accommodating to my needs. I am grateful to now have established care with a medical professional that I trust and within the Cooper medical family that I have been going to since I was a little girl. I've been a cooper patient all of my life from Peds to primary to GYN, to ortho when I broke my arm and I am almost 28 now. I have never had a bad experience. Thank you Cooper for your outstanding work

I just want to say the check-in staff was amazing. They were on time. Ms. Williams, medical assistant, was great. She brought me back. She made sure I was comfortable. She informed me of everything that was going on. And then the checkout girls made sure I had my appointment ready and everything. So they did really well.
