This was my first appointment with Dr Williams. She was very thorough and helpful! She has a wonderful bedside manner. Easy to speak with her about concerns. Thank you for a great experience! The entire staff was awesome!

The doctor and the nurse practitioner that I saw were very, very comfortable to work with. They were excellent in their patient care as well as the way they communicated all of the medical concerns with me. And the administrative team that helped me to get aligned with this new doctor did a great job in accommodating my request. Thank you very much to Cooper Health and all of the people involved in this process.

Kristina Williams was very pleasant and friendly, she took her time, explained what she was doing and I appreciated her professionalism and kindness, she really helped to ease my anxiety.

As always, a profoundly positive experience at the Ripa!

My experience at the Ripa center was amazing! Can't say enough great things about it from the attendants at the front desk to my doctor everyone was phenomenal. The woman who checked me in was so kind, friendly and gracious and she offered me tea and coffee while I waited, asked me how my day was going and was truly a breath of fresh air. The doctors assistant (nurse tech) was also so kind, professional and just overall made me feel safe and welcomed. I waited 3 months to be able to get this appointment with Dr. Williams because as a Black woman, it was really important to me to have a Black female GYN if possible and she was outstanding. Professional, kind, patient and efficient. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with kindness and professionalism and she was super accommodating to my needs. I am grateful to now have established care with a medical professional that I trust and within the Cooper medical family that I have been going to since I was a little girl. I've been a cooper patient all of my life from Peds to primary to GYN, to ortho when I broke my arm and I am almost 28 now. I have never had a bad experience. Thank you Cooper for your outstanding work
