Cooper doctors really helped me in so many different kinds of ways. I went there for my hips and I was treated for my finger. Two days later, they amputated part of my finger, which actually probably saved my life. I am so grateful for Cooper. Thank you guys for everything that you do for me, from my pain management to my back, to my hips, to my knees, and now my finger. I am truly grateful and God bless you all. Thank you so much. Dr. Byers and Dr. Billet, you guys are just amazing and all the nurses there too.

The parking lot requiring one to submit a plate number at this location is a bit annoying. The 2nd option of the texted link expired during the short time of my visit requiring me to return back into the office with my plate number so I could exit the lot thankfully it was my upper extremity not my lower at issue. The staff was professional. I was able to get in with Dr. Bires very promptly. He took the time to explain my condition and the options thoroughly. He administered a cortisone shot with care and precision. I highly recommend him to others.

Everyone I encountered was great at Cooper Bone and Joint. The receptionist that checked me in was superb, my nurse was really wonderful. He managed to keep me smiling when i was truly felt like I was gonna lose it. Then the Dr was so nice and calm with me . Thank you
