This was my first appointment with the doctor. I felt a bond almost immediately. She was very caring, and understanding. I feel fortunate to have met her.

The wait was short, the waiting room is comfortable and roomy. In all, it was a nice experience.

With Dr Rivera's help and instructions I was able to reduce my A1C from 9 to 7.9 in three months. Looking forward to lowering it again in next three months. I thank her for all her help and encouragement.

Yes, I just wanted to let you know that Dr. Crystal is amazing. She's the best. She is always professional, personable. She cares. She takes the time to talk to me and not try to run out of the exam room. And that's along with all of her staff and all of the staff at the front desk. Everyone was wonderful. I accidentally on the first, I think the first, questions put to, but all of my questions should be for and can. Thank you for being such a great physician that cares. We found very little of that today.
