I did not see Dr. Syrow in person in Cherry Hill I met with her on a Telehealth call at home . She was friendly , patient, and helpful . I did have difficulty setting up the Telehealth mtg on my computer( she couldn't see me ) but ended up talking to her on my cellphone. I was not told ahead and did not realize she only does Telehealth mtgs I thought I understood that I could see her in person sometimes. The office receptionist told me of this fact.

Dr. Syrow was very personable and attentive to my issues. She spent time listening and then offered her assessment and treatments. I was pleased with the care I received.

Dr. Shiro and anybody else involved was very, very nice and very, very helpful. The most difficult part is going through the Cooper chart and not receiving the link like you used to in the past. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. And I may have pushed the wrong buttons in the beginning of this. I'm on the phone, on the other phone.

Dr Syrow is the best doctor I have had in my lifetime thus far. She has great knowledge about my neurological conditions, as well as my other medical conditions. As a result, she knows about all of my medications and the possible effects that that one medication has with all others. Dr Syrow treats me like an intelligent and knowledgeable patient and respects me for that. When we talk about medication updates, she recommends which options she recommends, but also makes sure it's an approach I am comfortable with. I've been seeing Dr. Syrow for 10 years and for as long as she practices, I will continue to see her. My telehealth appointments have been just as effective as those I've had in-person. I'll end this the way I started: Dr. Syrow is the best doctor I've ever had.

I am very pleased with Dr. Larissa Syrow • Migraine Specialist • Neurologist and her care for me. I have even referred her to a family friend that was looking for a new doctor because needed to make a change. Dr. Larissa Syrow has always shown great care and empathy when dealing with me as a patient. She also takes her time and does not rush through our appointments as my case is somewhat complex due to other medical issues. I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering from migraines.

Dr. Cyro is an amazing physician who always makes sure to know what is going on with her patients and to ask them during the appointments. Her appointments are open for if you have questions and if not, she makes sure that she gets out the door. I will continue to see Dr. Cyro as long as I am in New Jersey.

I had a telemedicine appointment, so I wasn't able to really answer anything about the staff, so I just gave it the best scores mostly. As far as Dr. Spiro goes, I really do like her. I've never met her in person. She is very informative, definitely compassionate, very patient, and she explains everything and gives me tips on different online people to watch and get more information as far as like nutrients and things like that to treat my peripheral neuropathy.
