Dr. Raymond was very pleasant. She explained things clearly. She did not rush me and listened when I spoke. It was a very good experience. I feel armed with the knowledge I was given. Highly recommended.

Each person I spoke with at this facility was friendly and very kind. I was quite nervous getting to the office but I was warmly greeted as I entered by two women near the door and then by a kind man who I think is a security guard. My doctor did not rush. Very kind.

I thought that nephrologist, Panara Raymond, was excellent. I really wanted her to be my nephrologist. However, she thought that I should stay within the virtual network I was in, but I really want her to be my nephrologist. She said if it doesn't work out with them, that she was there for me. She's a great doctor. Thank you very much.
