Great communications every visit and she makes sure you receive the questions you have get answered excellent doctor and she talks to the kids and makes them feel comfortable also which is important.

The doctor had great bedside manner for my five-year-old. She was thorough. She spoke to her and asked her questions as what we like because she's five. And I just thought she was very professional, asked all the right questions, was very, again, very thorough, explains everything to my five-year-old and to myself.

Everything about these providers/staff/techs/nurses was exceptional only downside is availability/scheduling for appointments.

Dr. Burgoon is always friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. Happy when we can get an appointment with her!

My daughter has special needs and is non-verbal; we came into the office to be seen for strep throat, which is scary to a child who cannot express what she is feeling. Despite my daughter being non-verbal, there was not one ounce of trouble with communication during our visit, that isn't a typical visit for us usually there is a slight (unintentional) disconnect between my daughter and any provider. This was our first visit with this provider and she was excellent in every way, she truly made my daughter feel comfortable throughout our visit.
