Doctor is excellent. She is behavior. She is understanding. Everything I understand. Actually, I am different candid, but I am not overwhelmed. But I understand doctor everything. She is an excellent doctor.

My daughter has special needs and is non-verbal; we came into the office to be seen for strep throat, which is scary to a child who cannot express what she is feeling. Despite my daughter being non-verbal, there was not one ounce of trouble with communication during our visit, that isn't a typical visit for us usually there is a slight (unintentional) disconnect between my daughter and any provider. This was our first visit with this provider and she was excellent in every way, she truly made my daughter feel comfortable throughout our visit.

Staff was great as always! We love Dr. Burgoon!

My daughter has ADHD and she touches everything and I thought she was bothering the receptionist. She was so nice and said my daughter did not bother her a bit. I was so glad and grateful for that. Thank you for your great employees.

We love the doctors, nurses and everyone on the care team. Everyone works together well and always has a positive attitude towards each other

She is always friendly which encouraged children to feel relaxed and willing to talk to her

The provider and the nurses were wonderful the ladies in the front fortunately, I can't say the same because my daughter was passing out and they were just looking at me like I was stupid and then get up to help me or call the nurse to help me, they just stood there looking at me like I was crazy

Everything about these providers/staff/techs/nurses was exceptional only downside is availability/scheduling for appointments.

Scheduling well visits can be challenging, but staff and providers are excellent. I did not have a long wait time and am happy with the doctor who saw my children

Front desk staff and MA were friendly, professional and took great care of us. We love Dr. Burgoon. She is personable, knowledgeable and great with our family.

Hi, I have seven children and I have never ever met a doctor that was so compassionate, so thorough. She got down on my daughter's level to explain everything to her. I was extremely, extremely happy with my care. The woman that checks us in, she was so, so sweet. She checked us in as soon as we walked in the door upon checkout. I had a nice conversation with the woman that checked us out. It was all in all a very positive appointment. My daughter's been going through a lot at school and with her health. And that doctor, I just can't explain into words how thorough and compassionate she is.

I would like to mention that Dr Lauren was just awesome. I have never had such a detailed and thorough doctor for my kids before. Heard me patiently and advised based on kids issues. Loved her!

Our first visit. My child really liked the doctor and remarked after the appointment how much he liked her.

The doctor had great bedside manner for my five-year-old. She was thorough. She spoke to her and asked her questions as what we like because she's five. And I just thought she was very professional, asked all the right questions, was very, again, very thorough, explains everything to my five-year-old and to myself.
