Lena Medeiros is very nice, very understanding, excellent bedside manner. And when the appointment was over, she walked us out and I did see her walk others out. It was just a very nice experience.

Lina and the staff were attentive, compassionate caregivers who seemed genuinely concerned about my issue. She noted that I needed IV fluids and quickly coordinated for them with the infusion unit. I appreciated her services and advice to deal with subsequent biological treatments .
