The APN, Linda McGrane, provided all the information about the out patient procedure and give me a script for the physical therapy. It was amazing, I got a phone call from Pain Management to schedule the appointment for the lumbar injections on [Date] and .the Phone call came the very next day at 8:00 a .m. No waiting around unlike the prior procedure!

It was a day for me. I was in pain and feeling sorry for myself. And she was very kind and understanding.

I had arrived late for my appointment, and they made sure that I was seen in a timely manner. Everybody was very professional in the pain management division, I guess you would refer to it as, and I like the way I'm treated at Cooper in general. I was always a virtual person, but two years ago that all changed. So I'm really, really glad to be using Cooper Healthcare as my provider. The end.

Awesome experience

With my journey, there's been ups and downs but Cooper pain management has always done their best to provide me with the best level of care even though I wish this wasn't my reality. I was treated with respect and felt cared about by Linda. I was 10 min late and still seen which I feared having to reschedule. Linda makes time for her patients and treated me the way a provider should. I had a great experience. We're all human and some appointments are better than others but this appointment went well and I'm hopeful my procedures give me relief!

Ms McGrane is one of many providers I have at cooper. She is rated #1 with me. She always answers my questions and she explains it in a manner I can understand. I can't say enough about her. I've been with Cooper for over 40 years and like anywhere I've had my less than perfect experiences but she is wonderful and a true asset to the Cooper staff. Thank you.

Hi, Ms. Linda was very great. She's always great to me and she's always concerned. You don't get that much with a lot of doctors, which made me feel, love actually made me feel like it was like a family member, So I really enjoyed the way she speaks to me, the way she carries on, the way she checks up even though, even though I was late, she was finding out where I was at, which that really struck me as concern and caring, which I appreciate that from her because you don't get that from all the doctors. I had a great experience at my last visit in the past with this particular provider. Sometimes she could be a little hot or cold depending on the visit, but with my last visit she was very compassionate and understanding and explained things to me. The previous visit is where I had some questions and I felt heard, respected, and it definitely changed my opinion of what I had of her from the past. So overall it was a good experience and I feel comfortable moving forward seeing her again as a provider. A staff is always kind when I'm there. That's all I really have to say.
