Dr. Lipaskaia answered all my questions in an easy to understand way.

Had an absolutely wonderful, thoughtful, professional visit with both Dr. montella and Dr. Lipinski. Would recommend them any day they're fantastic.

I initially went to the wrong building. There was a line at the desk. I realized what I had done when my Dr's name was not on the posted list at the desk. The bubbly woman behind the desk was very nice and told me how to get to the right building. I was late arriving, of course, but everyone was kind and respectful. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes. The Dr explained everything she was doing and explained my prior test results as well. This was my 3rd or 4th Dr. (Not all from Cooper) for the same issue. I will continue my follow ups with this Dr. I feel like she cares.

Enjoyed being listened to & having the provider truly weigh what I was saying; that my input was truly important, then her explaining what my options were.

I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had at this practice, the two doctors that tended to me, and their entire staff! I am hopeful about my condition for the first time ever! The waiting area and restroom were clean, staff are very friendly and my doctor explained and even show me the procedure that they are doing, answered my questions even if I didn't understand she explained it to me.

Dr. Lipitskaya was absolutely amazing to work with. She looked at my entire history and the problem that I've been having for over four years now and really listened to what I have been dealing with and was very proactive in putting together a solution-based plan for me to start feeling better.
